Shem Foster

For most of his life, Shem has been intrigued with various styles of architecture and building has been his passion. He brings an extensive field management background to the company and American Heritage Homes is the vehicle to help his clients build their dream.

In the 90's Shem began his journey in residential construction by learning the trade of tile setting. In 2000, he worked for a large home builder as a field superintendent gaining many broad experiences in all aspects of building homes. During his building career, he has achieved many certifications of project management, safety, green building, and consistent quality control which allow him to deliver homes, on time and on budget. With his past experience and passion to create beautiful and quality homes, he is confident in his ability to help the home buyer get exactly what they are looking for.

On a more personal note, Shem is married to his wife Hope, and together they have 6 children. He enjoys spending as much time with her and the family as possible. They stay busy having many adventures together throughout the area. His hobbies include anything “active” such as, running, cycling, hiking, fishing, skiing, camping, and many more activities. Some personal fitness accomplishments include racing in over 45 marathons & triathlons. He completed the 2007 Silverman, 2010 and 2015 full Ironman races.

Shem has planted his roots in this beautiful corner of Southern Utah and appreciates the opportunity to also provide for his family doing what he loves.
